We are seeking an experienced and motivated Aesthetics Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) to support our surgical and med spa patients from consultation through post-operative care and beyond.
Position Overview
The PCC is responsible for guiding patients through the entire aesthetics journey, from initial inquiry to scheduling and follow-up. This role requires a strong background in consultative sales, patient coordination, and surgical/med spa scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to patient inquiries in a prompt, professional, and knowledgeable manner
- Conduct comprehensive consultations to understand patient goals, educate on procedures, and set expectations
- Build strong patient relationships through consistent follow-up and personalized communication
- Guide patients in making confident decisions regarding surgical procedures
- Generate revenue through patient outreach and relationship management
- Schedule surgeries in full, coordinating with patients, providers, office staff, and surgery centers
- Manage patient records using EMR, CRM systems, and spreadsheets
- Ensure seamless coordination from consult through post-operative care
- Maintain ongoing communication to ensure patient satisfaction and retention
- Assist with cross-conversion of services when appropriate
Performance Expectations
- Maintain a minimum 60% consult closing rate (reviewed quarterly)
- Meet monthly and quarterly revenue goals
- Support growth through patient retention and repeat business
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in surgical coordination, aesthetics, or high-level sales
- Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to build trust and close
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience with surgical scheduling and coordination preferred
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in EMR, CRM systems, and data tracking
- Ability to manage multiple patients and timelines with attention to detail
- Professional, polished, and patient-focused demeanor
Pay: $26.00 - $36.00 per hour
