Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or a similar role is preferred.
- Proven supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Strong understanding of retail management principles, including cash handling procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on enhancing the shopping experience for customers.
- Time management abilities that allow for multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
