Seeking a motivated Construction Sales Consultant to help grow our residential and commercial construction divisions. This is a commission-only position with unlimited earning potential for driven individuals who enjoy networking, building relationships, and closing deals.
Responsibilities
- Generate and develop new sales opportunities
- Meet with prospective clients to discuss project needs
- Build relationships with homeowners, builders, developers, and commercial clients
- Prepare and present project proposals and estimates
- Follow up on leads and maintain communication throughout the sales process
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to production
- Represent the company professionally within the community and industry
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Construction, concrete, excavation, hardscape, landscaping, or masonry knowledge is a plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
