Overview
All Star Rentals is looking for reliable, hardworking people to join our Event Setup & Delivery Crew for our busy late-summer and fall event season.
If you like staying active, working with a team and having a job where every day looks a little different, this could be a great fit. Our crews travel throughout southeastern Wisconsin delivering and setting up equipment for weddings, festivals, corporate events, backyard parties, school and community events, and more.
One day you may be setting up a tent and chairs for a wedding, and the next you're delivering tables or setting up inflatables for a community event. You'll work at different locations, stay active throughout your shift and actually get to see what your crew accomplished at the end of the day.
We're primarily adding to our team to help us through our busy late-summer and fall season, but there could be an opportunity to continue working through the winter and potentially year-round in the event industry.
Full-time, part-time, a few days a week or weekends only — we're open to different schedules.
What You'll Do
As part of our Event Setup & Delivery Crew, you'll help:
- Load and unload tables, chairs, tents, inflatables and other event rental equipment
- Deliver and pick up rental equipment throughout southeastern Wisconsin
- Set up and take down tents, tables, chairs, inflatables and other equipment at event sites
- Safely load and secure equipment for transportation
- Work alongside your crew to complete deliveries and setups efficiently
- Communicate professionally with customers and venue staff while on-site
- Clean, organize and prepare rental equipment in our warehouse
- Follow delivery schedules and adjust as timing or plans change throughout the day
- Drive company pickup trucks and trailers when qualified — no CDL required and training is provided
This is a physical, hands-on job. You should be comfortable being on your feet, lifting and working both indoors and outdoors in different weather conditions.

A valid driver's license and good driving record are a plus, but we also have opportunities for crew members who aren't driving.
Schedule
We can be flexible with your availability.
We're currently looking for:
- Full-time availability
- Part-time availability
- A few consistent days each week
- Weekend-only help
Our regular business hours are Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and Saturday/Sunday 8:00 AM–12:00 PM, but our delivery crews don't always work traditional business hours.
Events happen on nights and weekends, and we work around customer and venue timeframes. Depending on the day's schedule and workload, some shifts may start earlier, run later than 5:00 PM, or include evening deliveries and pickups.
You don't need to be available for every one of those times. Tell us what days and hours you can consistently work, and we'll see if your availability fits what we need.
Weekend availability is especially valuable as we finish out our busy late-summer and fall event season.
