Achievement Behavior Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician (BT) to work one-on-one with a 9-year-old male client in Essex County, NJ.
Summer Schedule:
School Year Schedule (Expected):
Monday–Friday
4:30 PM – 7:00 PM
This case is expected to continue beyond the summer, making it a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent, long-term part-time hours.
Responsibilities:
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
Work directly with the client in the home and/or community setting
Collect data and document session progress
Help develop communication, social, and daily living skills
Maintain a positive and professional relationship with the client and family
Qualifications:
Experience working with children preferred
RBT certification is a plus but not required
Reliable transportation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to commit to a consistent schedule
