Position Summary
As a Front End Associate, you'll be the first person our customers see when they walk through the door. You'll provide outstanding customer service, assist customers in finding the right products, operate the point-of-sale system, and help maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor.
Success in this role requires a positive attitude, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to help customers.
What You'll Do
Customer Service
- Welcome customers with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Assist customers in locating products and answering questions.
- Recommend PPE, FR clothing, and safety products based on customer needs.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience that encourages repeat business.
Cashiering & Front End Operations
- Process sales accurately using our point-of-sale system.
- Handle returns and exchanges according to company policies.
- Balance accuracy with efficiency during customer transactions.
Store Operations
- Restock merchandise and maintain attractive product displays.
- Receive, unpack, and organize incoming inventory.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment.
- Assist with inventory counts and merchandising projects as needed.
Teamwork
- Work closely with fellow team members to ensure excellent customer service.
- Continue learning about our products and safety solutions.
- Help create a positive, professional work environment.
Qualifications
Required
- Must reside in North Dakota.
- Valid driver's license.
- Minimum of 2 years of consistent, recent retail sales experience.
- Must be available to work weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Basic computer skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, dependable, and punctual.
