What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional hair cutting, coloring, styling, and grooming services
- Create outstanding guest experiences through personalized consultations and service

- Meet and exceed individual performance and productivity goals
- Maintain salon cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards

Qualifications
- Active Illinois Cosmetology and/or Barber License
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of current salon trends and techniques
- Experience with professional salon tools, equipment, and products
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
