Rayburn Correctional Center is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator 2 – WAE. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable managing a wide range of clerical and operational tasks. Job Duties:
-
Processes routine paperwork and/or enters data into a department log or database in the servicing of a client.
Prepares, indexes, and scans documents into imaging system; may ensure quality of scanned images. -
Receives, stores, and distributes supplies; maintains inventory of such.

Maintains department's records system, including filing and retrieving documents, researching files, etc.

Serves as receptionist for the assigned work unit.

May deliver and pick-up various materials.
Position-Specific Details:
Appointment Type: CLASSIFIED WAE. Part Time / WAE (not to exceed 1,245 hours in a 12-month period)

This position is a ‘when actually employed’ (WAE) part-time position without benefits.

This is a 24-hour facility.
