- Maintains a caseload of clients with co-occurring disorders, serving as primary therapist, Mental Health Professional, on a multidisciplinary treatment team.
- Responsible for ASAM assessment and documenting medical necessity to advocate for prior authorizations for Residential and/or Outpatient services.
- Essential in team responsibility of developing Person-Centered Master Treatment Plans.
- Provides BPS Intake Assessments, individual, group, and family therapies along with ongoing assessments and aftercare planning.
- Accurate and timely documentation of all services delivered in compliance with RCA policies, State Licensure, and CARF standards is required.
- Requires a Master level degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling.
- Requires one of the following mental health professional licenses: LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LAC, or LMFT.
- Primary experience in treatment of mental health disorders and general knowledge of substance use disorder treatment.
