Job Summary

Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of all areas including floors, restrooms, offices, hallways, and common spaces using commercial cleaning equipment such as floor buffers and vacuums.
- Handle chemical agents safely for cleaning and disinfecting surfaces in accordance with safety protocols.
- Conduct heavy lifting tasks involving moving furniture, supplies, or equipment while
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and cleaning materials to ensure continuous availability.
Qualifications
- Proven custodial or janitorial experience in commercial, industrial, or residential settings.
- Familiarity with cleaning procedures involving chemical agents and proper handling techniques.
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting while adhering to safe lifting practices.
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices including basic repairs and cleaning equipment operation.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision.
