Job SummaryUnity HomeCare LLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with at least one (1) year of pediatric nursing experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes and work closely with families and healthcare professionals to ensure excellent patient outcomes.ResponsibilitiesProvide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes.Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.Monitor patient progress and document care accurately.Educate and support patients and their families.Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.QualificationsCurrent and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maryland.Minimum of one (1) year of pediatric nursing experience required.Current CPR/BLS certification.Strong communication and documentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred.
Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
