Retail Sales Lead – Customer Connection & Sales Focus
Location: Orange County, CA (Lake Forest)
Hours: Part-Time with potential for more during the hours of 10am-7pm Monday- Friday, 10am-6pm Saturday and 11am-5pm Sunday, typical shifts are 4-5 hours with some open to close shifts if necessary.

Position Summary
We’re looking for a Retail Sales Lead who thrives working independently, excels at connecting with customers, and can consistently drive sales. In this role, you’ll often be the primary person on the sales floor—creating a welcoming experience, understanding each customer’s needs, and guiding them to the perfect products.
Because this position often requires opening or closing the store alone, strong reliability and punctuality are essential. You must be able to independently open and/or close the store on time, follow all store procedures, and ensure a smooth and secure start or end to each day.
This role is ideal for someone who loves retail sales but also values autonomy, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and keeps the store running efficiently with minimal oversight.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome customers warmly, learn their needs, and recommend products that truly fit.
- Build relationships with repeat customers to encourage loyalty and referrals.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Handle opening/closing duties and keep the store organized, stocked, and visually appealing independently and as a part of a team.
- Manage transactions and exchanges accurately.
- Ensure the store environment is clean, professional, and inviting at all times.
- Keep up to date on promotions, sales events, and new arrivals.
What We’re Looking For (Requirements)
- Experience: Strong sales, customer service and leadership experience required
- Schedule: weekdays and weekends and peak retail times (May, Black Friday, August, and October).
- Availability: Monday-Friday 10am-7pm, Saturday 10am-6pm, Sunday 11am-5pm. Must be available 7 days per week during all operating hours.

- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for full shifts, lift up to 60 lbs., and handle basic merchandising tasks
Pay & Benefits
- Hourly Pay: $23-24/hour
- Monthly Store Bonus: If store sales exceed the same month’s sales from the previous year by a percentage, all eligible staff receive a bonus payout
