We're looking for experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians for current and upcoming opportunities with leading manufacturing, distribution, and industrial employers throughout the Kansas City area. Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment and facility systems.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-related equipment issues.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Install, maintain, and repair industrial equipment, including motors, conveyors, pumps, and gearboxes.
- Complete maintenance documentation and work orders.
- Support equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Follow safety procedures and respond to equipment breakdowns as needed.
Qualifications
- Technical degree, trade school, military training, or equivalent hands-on maintenance experience.
- Experience troubleshooting industrial equipment in a manufacturing, production, or distribution environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- PLC troubleshooting experience preferred.
- Familiarity with CMMS, VFDs, motors, conveyors, and power transmission systems is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Pay: $25.00–$30.00 per hour (depending on experience, skills, shift)
