Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, lobby areas, and other hotel spaces according to company standards
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock guest room amenities and supplies
- Vacuum, dust, mop, and polish surfaces to maintain a spotless and inviting environment
- Inspect rooms for cleanliness, maintenance concerns, and safety issues, reporting any repairs or damages promptly
- Ensure housekeeping carts and storage areas remain organized and fully stocked
- Follow all hotel safety procedures, sanitation guidelines, and brand cleanliness standards
- Respond professionally and courteously to guest requests and housekeeping needs
- Respect guest privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times
- Work collaboratively with front desk staff, maintenance teams, and fellow housekeeping associates to ensure smooth daily operations

- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout shifts
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, is a plus
