- Maintain strict adherence to safety standards in food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
- Organize and stock kitchen supplies, ensuring all items are stored correctly and inventory is managed effectively

- Assist with catering events or special food service occasions as needed, supporting the team in delivering excellent service
Skills
- Experience working in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly desirable
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food service environments
- Knowledge of safety standards in production and food handling practices
- Familiarity with menu planning and meal preparation processes
- Proficiency in using knives safely with slicing techniques suited for different ingredients
