Job Summary
- Oversees day-to-day operational management of private duty nursing services for medically fragile children, ensuring high-quality care delivery and exceptional client experience.
- Manages relationships with nurses, clients, and families to promote continuity of care, engagement, and satisfaction.
- Maintains operational efficiency and cost containment through effective staffing coordination, nurse scheduling, and case assignment management.
- Leads full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts for nursing staff.
- Counsels, mentors, and supports field nurses to promote professional development and accountability.
- Partners with the clinical management team to facilitate effective coordination of care and positive patient outcomes.
- Ensures compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, policies, and accreditation standards.
- Develops and maintains relationships with clients, referral sources, and community partners to support growth and service excellence.
Qualifications/Educational Requirements
- High school diploma; college preferred.
- Health care experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Being bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude and self-motivated.
