Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist
Salary: $50,000 - $58,000 base + quarterly bonus + benefits
Location: Tampa, FL - On-Site

- Manage the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice processing, PO matching, reconciliations, and ACH payments
- Oversee accounts receivable activities, including cash application and customer account maintenance
- Handle collections efforts and communicate with customers regarding outstanding balances
- Coordinate weekly banking activities and reconcile deposits
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes
- 5+ years of AP and AR experience
- Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Proven tenure and employment stability in prior roles
