We are looking for someone who is available MONDAY-FRIDAY 8AM TO 1PM
Home Health Aide (Caregiver) Qualifications:
- 2+ years as a HHA/Caregiver in the home care sector.
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Registered on the IDPH caregiver registry
- Speaks English
- Essential Functions:
- Be responsible for basic care services such as bathing, grooming and feeding, assisting clients with medical equipment, and medication reminders.
- Providing vital information on clients through Clear Care.
- Assist clients in activities of daily living
- Document care provided
- Provide care and compassion to foster the client’s physical and emotional well-being
