MAR-CO Packaging is a manufacturing company specializing in flexible packaging and converting solutions, including bags, pouches, and coated materials. This position is focused within the coating department, which plays a key role in preparing and enhancing materials through specialized coating processes to meet product performance, quality, and customer specifications.
This position would complete the necessary training and responsibilities within the coating department, including 3rd-hand competencies, wet-end competencies, and coater machine operator.

Work Hours:
- 5:00am-3:00pm (10hr shifts) Monday thru Thursday.
- While not every week, overtime on Fridays or occasional Saturdays is mandatory and an expectation of the job.
Candidate ideally has 3 consecutive years of manufacturing experience, able to lift 35 lbs. regularly and 50 lbs. occasionally during work shift. Must be able to read and write in English and be able to read a tape measure accurately. Forklift experience is a plus, but can be trained onsite.
