Cell Phone Repair Technician / Sales Associate
Pay: $18–$25 per hour (based on experience) + Repair Commissions + Self-Generated Business Bonuses + Monthly Performance Bonuses

We’re a well-established electronics retailer with over 12 years of serving the community. We’re looking for an experienced Cell Phone Repair Technician who takes pride in delivering quality repairs, providing exceptional customer service, and helping grow the business.

What You’ll Do
Diagnose and repair iPhones, Samsung, Google Pixel, Motorola, and other Android devices.
Perform screen, battery, charging port, camera, speaker, back glass, and board-level repairs (experience preferred).
Complete repairs accurately and efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
Recommend accessories, screen protectors, and device protection solutions.
Keep your repair station clean, organized, and professional.
Accurately document repair tickets and customer information.
Promote your repair services through Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, Craigslist, neighborhood groups, referrals, social media, and other approved marketing channels.
Deliver outstanding customer service that creates repeat customers and referrals.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of professional cell phone repair experience preferred.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Microsoldering experience is a plus.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Reliable, honest, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Comfortable using social media and online marketplaces to generate new business.
