KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate new business opportunities throughout DFW and North Texas.
- Develop relationships with municipalities, franchise groups, property owners, and local businesses.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective partners.
- Manage an active sales pipeline and conduct outreach through networking, referrals, phone, email, LinkedIn, and community events.
- Support strategic partnerships, municipal pilot programs, and market expansion initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3–7 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, advertising, commercial real estate, or related fields.
- Proven ability to generate business opportunities and build client relationships.
- Strong communication, presentation, networking, and CRM management skills.
- Ability to travel throughout DFW and surrounding markets.
Must Have:
- 3–7 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, advertising, commercial real estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience generating new business opportunities.
- Demonstrated relationship-building and partnership development experience.
- Experience managing sales pipelines and CRM systems
