Position Overview
As a Manager in Training, you’ll begin by learning the fundamentals of sales and marketing in a retail environment. You’ll represent industry-leading clients in the telecommunications and home improvement sectors, develop customer engagement skills, and learn how to drive measurable results.
Once you’ve demonstrated proficiency in sales, you’ll advance into leadership development, gaining hands-on experience in key areas of business management.
