Job Overview
We are seeking a highly qualified Program Director to lead our mental health services and oversee clinical operations at our mental health treatment center. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in healthcare management, medical management, and clinical leadership within a behavioral health setting. This pivotal role involves ensuring compliance with industry standards such as JCAHO accreditation, fostering a collaborative team environment, and maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for all clinical programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee medical management practices, including treatment planning, case reviews, and clinical documentation to ensure quality and consistency.
- Supervise clinical staff, including therapists, counselors, and medical professionals, promoting ongoing training and professional development.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including JCAHO standards, to uphold accreditation and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with administrative leadership to develop policies that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Monitor clinical outcomes and implement improvements based on data analysis to optimize patient recovery processes.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented environment that encourages professional growth, accountability, and compassionate care.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in healthcare management or behavioral health administration with a focus on mental health services.
- Strong background in medical management within addiction or mental health treatment settings.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in managing multidisciplinary teams in compliance with industry standards such as JCAHO accreditation.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and best practices relevant to behavioral health facilities.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills capable of guiding staff and engaging stakeholders effectively.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
