Assists in the day to day operation to maintain the units and other Housing Agency property in safe, sanitary conditions.
Qualifications:
* Requires mechanical aptitude and ability in electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, equipment maintenance, sprinkler system maintenance, appliance repair, carpentry, painting, concrete work, lawn /yard care.
* Must have valid driver’s license and be insurable under KHA Insurance.
Responsible for being “On Call” for after hours as designated by the “On Call Schedule”; available for emergencies. May be required to work beyond regularly scheduled hours in the case of an emergency and/or workload requirements
