Immediate Opening: Dispatcher
Martin Transportation Systems is seeking a highly qualified Dispatcher for our Indianapolis location. The individuals selected will dispatch and manage CDL-A drivers on dedicated, “JIT", round trip loads while safely meeting revenue & mileage goals for drivers and equipment. Candidates need to possess excellent communications and computer skills (satellite tracking & TMW dispatch software), be multi-task oriented, and enjoy a fast paced work environment.

DISPATCHER

Shift: 3rd Shift, Monday Thru Friday

Hours: 11pm - 7am

Candidates must possess excellent communications and computer skills be multi-task oriented.
Requirements:

Great Customer Service Skills, Drivers are our #1 Customer

Previous dispatching experience, or closely related experience in the transportation industry

Willingness to work extra hours when needed

Microsoft Office Skills

Excellent computer skills. Experience with transportation industry technology such as TMW and Samsara preferred

Thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment

High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
