Fearless CounSouling is seeking a compassionate, curious, and growth-oriented Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI) or Registered Marriage & Family Therapist Intern (RMFTI) to join our virtual group practice serving clients throughout Florida.
Our practice is built on the belief that people are not broken—they have adapted. We help clients understand the ways their experiences have shaped them while creating the safety, awareness, and capacity needed to reconnect with who they truly are.
Our work integrates attachment theory, nervous system regulation, developmental psychology, Internal Family Systems (IFS), trauma-informed care, and the Enneagram, while remaining open to complementary approaches that deepen self-understanding and healing, such as Tarot and Astrology.
This is an excellent opportunity for an intern who values thoughtful, relational therapy over symptom management alone and wants high-quality supervision while developing a sustainable, authentic clinical identity.
What You’ll Do
- Provide individual psychotherapy to adults and couples (based on your experience and interests).
- Complete biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and other clinical documentation in a timely manner.
- Deliver telehealth services using HIPAA-compliant platforms.
- Maintain client confidentiality and keep records confidential.
- Collaborate with the clinical team through consultation and supervision.
- Maintain ethical, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed clinical practice.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and clinical training.
- Develop your own therapeutic voice while receiving support and mentorship.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re interested in candidates who love learning.
The ideal candidate is:
- Registered with the Florida Board as an RMHCI or RMFTI.
- Passionate about helping people heal at the root rather than simply managing symptoms.
- Curious, reflective, and committed to personal growth alongside professional development.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while remaining connected through consultation and supervision.
- Organized, reliable, and able to maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Warm, authentic, and able to build strong therapeutic relationships.
- Open to learning integrative approaches that include attachment, parts work, nervous system regulation, developmental theory, and personality frameworks such as the Enneagram.
What We Offer
- $50 for each 50 minute session you complete. This is a W2 position.
- Individual and group supervision provided by a Florida Qualified Supervisor.
- Supportive consultation and mentorship focused on helping you become the therapist you want to be, developing your own personal theoretical orientation aligned with your unique presence as a therapist.
- Flexible scheduling with remote work throughout Florida.
- Administrative support including insurance verification, billing, and electronic health record systems.

Pay: $35.26 - $50.00 per hour
