- Owner Operator / Lease Operator
- Percentage paid out at 75% of the gross revenue for first 90 days, raise to 77% after 90 days (subject to performance and safety), raise to 79% after 1 year (subject to performance and safety), raise to 80% after 2 years (subject to performance and safety)

Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have a current Class A CDL
- CDL A experience (minimum of 2 years)
- Clean safety record
- Must speak proficient English
- Mountain driving experience
- Driver assist / unload capabilities
- Team mentality (flexibility)
- Professionalism (communication and timeliness)
