The Sweat Room is a new boutique Pilates, Sculpt & Strength studio in Boca Raton, and we’re looking for a Studio Cleaning & Operations Associate (Reset Specialist) to join our team.
At The Sweat Room, our Fitness Studio Attendants are known as Reset Specialists. Our Reset Specialists play an essential role in creating the clean, organized, elevated studio experience we want every member to walk into. This is an active, hands-on position focused on studio cleanliness, equipment resets, laundry, restocking, organization, and maintaining our space throughout the day.
You’ll work alongside our instructors and studio team to reset the room between classes, clean and sanitize equipment, keep towels and laundry moving, replenish member amenities, maintain common areas, and make sure the studio is always clean, stocked, organized, and ready for the next class.
We’re looking for someone who is dependable, proactive, detail-oriented, and takes genuine pride in maintaining a beautiful space. You should be someone who notices the little things, enjoys staying busy, and doesn’t need to be told every time something needs attention.
Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
What You’ll Do
- Clean, sanitize, and reset studio equipment between classes
- Ensure all equipment is properly organized and ready for the next class
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness throughout the studio, including the workout room, lobby, hallways, restroom, and back-of-house areas
- Manage studio laundry from start to finish, including washing, drying, folding, and restocking towels
- Sweep, vacuum, mop, wipe surfaces, empty trash, and complete other daily cleaning tasks
- Restock towels, cleaning supplies, restroom products, hydration amenities, and other member essentials
- Keep storage areas organized and supplies properly stocked
- Regularly walk through the studio to identify anything that needs cleaning, resetting, restocking, or attention
- Communicate low inventory, damaged equipment, maintenance concerns, or other studio needs to management
- Work alongside instructors and the studio team to keep transitions between classes running smoothly
- Complete an end-of-shift reset so the studio is fully prepared for the next team member or class

Previous experience in boutique fitness, hospitality, housekeeping, studio operations, or cleaning is a plus, but not required. We’re happy to train the right person who has a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Schedule
We are currently hiring for both full-time and part-time positions.
This position requires a flexible schedule with availability for early morning, evening, and weekend shifts. Weekend availability is required, as Saturdays and Sundays are part of our regular studio schedule.
Schedules will vary based on studio needs and individual availability. Full-time opportunities are available for candidates with broader availability.
