Overview
We are seeking a motivated Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Installer Technician/Plumber to join our dynamic team. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems to ensure optimal comfort and efficiency for our clients. Installing and repairing plumbing items. Duties
- Install HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, heat and hot water equipment, and geothermo systems
- Perform system repairs and troubleshooting using schematics, electrical diagnostics, ohmmeters, and other hand tools
- Installing and repairing plumbing piping, fixtures and new house installations
- Conduct routine maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems to ensure peak performance
- Read and interpret technical schematics, HVAC design plans, and wiring diagrams for proper installation
- Diagnose issues with HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration) equipment and execute effective repairs
- Plumbing experience a most
- On call rotation offering our customers 24/7 service
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining system functions and maintenance needs clearly
- Experience in using Flat Rate Billing and Selling a plus
Experience
- Service technician experience in HVAC or related fields highly desirable
- Familiarity with HVAC system installation, repair, and maintenance procedures
- Knowledge of electrical systems diagnostics and principles
- Experience working with building automation systems and plumbing is a must
- Mechanical knowledge of HVAC equipment including boilers and AC Units (central air and mini splits)
- Ability to use hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, ohmmeters and other mechanical repair tools
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (including <PERSON> driver requirements)
- EPA certification for refrigerants required or obtainable upon hire

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
