Haus of Wellness & Aesthetics is a boutique medical spa offering GLP-1/peptide wellness programs, advanced aesthetic treatments (BBL Heroic, MOXI, HydraFacial, microneedling with PRP, Sculptra, fillers, Botox/Dysport), IV therapy, and a curated skincare line. Position Summary
We're seeking a PRN Medical Assistant or CNA to support our providers and front-of-house team on an as-needed basis. This role is equal parts clinical support and client experience — you'll be prepping rooms and assisting with procedures one moment, and helping a client feel confident about which package fits their goals the next. What You'll Do
- Greet and check in clients, creating a warm, upscale spa experience from the moment they walk in
- Room clients, take vitals/history, and prep for aesthetic and wellness procedures
- Assist providers chairside during injectables, laser/energy-based treatments, microneedling, and IV therapy
- Maintain sterile technique, clean and stock treatment rooms, and manage supply inventory
- Educate clients on treatments, home-care regimens, and our skincare line — with a genuine, consultative (not pushy) sales approach
- Help clients understand and enroll in memberships, packages, and GLP-1/peptide programs
- Follow up with clients post-treatment to check in and encourage rebooking
- Support front desk with scheduling, POS/checkout, and light admin as needed
- Represent the Haus brand with polish, warmth, and professionalism at all times

- Comfortable with sales conversations — you can recommend a treatment or package without feeling "salesy"
- Passionate about the aesthetic/wellness industry — you follow trends, maybe you even get treatments yourself
- Reliable, flexible, and comfortable with a PRN/on-call schedule (some weekday, evening, and Saturday availability preferred)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- A team player who thrives in a small-business, close-knit environment
Requirements
- Current CNA or Medical Assistant certification (CMA/RMA/CCMA or state-equivalent)
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- 1+ year experience in a medical, spa, or aesthetic setting preferred (med spa experience a strong plus)
- Experience with phlebotomy/injections a plus, not required
- Comfortable using EMR/scheduling software (training provided)
