Job Summary:

Slow moving (low speed), electric, gas- and diesel-powered vehicles — especially electric vehicles — are showing up everywhere, from private communities to public streets to major commercial operations. We're looking for a Warehouse Associate to lead our San Marcos team and take ownership of daily operations — receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and shipping. This is your chance to step into a leadership role where your decisions matter, your team looks to you for direction, and your work directly keeps the business moving. You'll manage and mentor a warehouse team, keep inventory sharp and accurate, champion a safe and efficient workplace, and be the connective tissue between our Shipping, Receiving, and Parts departments.

Qualifications:
- Prior experience supervising or leading a warehouse or distribution team
- Strong computer skills with experience in MS Office Applications including Outlook and Word
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Sharp attention to detail (required)
- Solid understanding of inventory control, shipping, and receiving processes
- Forklift/pallet jack certification or experience
- The drive to train, coach, and motivate a team while leading with professionalism and courtesy
- Golf car/industrial cart or powersports industry manufacturer part experience is a big plus
Experience:
- Warehouse: 1 year (Required)
