Associate Attorney – Real Estate & Transactional Law
Brown, Paindiris & Scott, LLP is seeking an associate attorney to join our Real Estate and Commercial/Corporate transactional law department in our Glastonbury, CT office.
In this role, you will handle:
- Residential and commercial real estate closings
- Drafting and review of deeds, easements, restrictive covenants, and other title and land use documents
- Representation of small businesses, including entity formations, stock and asset sales and purchases
- Drafting and negotiation of contracts, including purchase and sale agreements involving real estate and businesses, operating/partnership agreements, buy-sell agreements
- Loan and finance transactions
Candidates should have 0-3 years of experience as a practicing attorney. Recent law school graduates pending admission to the Connecticut Bar are encouraged to apply. Experience in real estate, business, commercial, or corporate law is preferred but not required. Admission to the Connecticut Bar is required (or pending admission in the case of recent graduates awaiting July 2026 Bar Exam results).

This position is not remote and will be based out of our Glastonbury, CT office.
