Compensation Details:
- Pay: $63,000 - $68,000 annual
- Standard Quarterly Bonus Plan
Schedule:
- 40 hours per week
- 5 days per week - weekends and evening availability required
- Holidays and some on-call may be required

We're looking for a Local Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our vacation rental portfolio in Steamboat Springs, CO. and ensure every guest, homeowner, and team member has an outstanding experience. This role combines leadership, operations, customer service, and problem-solving, making it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and making a meaningful impact every day.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead daily operations across a portfolio of vacation rental properties
- Coach, support, and develop local team members
- Ensure homes meet company quality and cleanliness standards
- Partner with housekeeping, maintenance, and vendor teams to deliver exceptional service
- Respond to and resolve guest and homeowner concerns
- Conduct property inspections and identify opportunities for improvement
- Monitor operational performance and drive continuous improvement
- Manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of service
- Build strong relationships with homeowners, guests, vendors, and team members
What We’re Looking For
- Previous leadership, operations, hospitality, property management, or customer service experience
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, service-focused environment
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and solutions-oriented
- Comfortable using technology and operational systems
