Pay Rate: $32 - $40/hour
Beach Breeze Rehabilitation and Care Center is seeking a dedicated and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical leadership team. This role is ideal for an RN who is passionate about high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and supporting nursing staff in a collaborative environment.
Support the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in overseeing daily nursing operations
Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and state and federal regulations
Monitor nursing staff performance to ensure duties are performed according to job descriptions
Conduct daily rounds to maintain and enhance nursing care standards
Participate in state and federal surveys and inspections
Address staff concerns and escalate complaints or grievances to the Director of Nursing Services as appropriate
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida
Prior nursing home or long-term care experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
