Hook n Sync Foundation is a 501c3 non-profit organization on a mission to create a live, united music and arts cultural platform that integrates all genres of music while striving to include other broad based arts to create community centered outcomes via media based artist amplification, technology and festivals. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Administrative Assistant along w/ Show Production / Marketing w/ strong flexibility and adaptable mindset to support the team.
As a part of the Hook N Sync team, you will help our growing organization create, organize and execute the expanding vision / mission. You’ll be a core part of a team of marketing and grassroot outreach strategies, improvising new ideas as well as research and planning events, create sponsorships, funding, grants and other such nonprofit organizational activities to help the agency grow and thrive. As a valuable team member you’ll act as a cornerstone support for all aspects of organizational needs, trying to expand capacity.
We’re looking for FULL or PART TIME smart, self motivated, initiative driven, community centered, idea person capable of managing smaller projects on their own or with minimal assistance and perform a variety of tasks towards the end goal. The ideal candidate(s) will possess strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring all operations run smoothly. This role is essential in facilitating effective communication and coordination internally, as well as assisting communication initiatives externally with venues, artists etc.
We are looking for person 1st and skills 2nd. An absolutely flexible, adaptable, growth mindset to learn an achieve more, a CAN DO / WILL MAKE IT WORK, problem solving, learn more, grow more, contribution to community, higher ethics attitude is a MUST.
Responsibilities
- Manage administrative tasks to ensure efficient organizational operations.
- Create new efficient workflow processes and SOPs
- Show Production Planning, Process, Execution
- Research & prepare data / reports of related information for successful event creation.
- Conduct research and analyze data to support decision-making processes.
- Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
- Support digital marketing efforts with social media and creating engaging content.
- Create Meaningful, Purposeful and Trendy Content
- Design marketing materials and advertisements.
- Create & Distribute Marketing Materials manually / digitally to various outlets
- Create marketing campaigns and monitor performance analyze results using AI tools.
- Collaborate to develop strategies for market outreach and engagement.
- Communicate with various entities and organizations as necessary
- Event Management e,g artists, guests, stage, venue, vendors, sponsorships for events
Skills
- Ability to ideate, generate, create and implement thorough workflow processes
- Ability to take tasks off from the Director and execute them efficiently
- Proficiency in CANVA or other graphic design tools for design tasks.
- Proficiency in various AI related tools for efficiency of tasks
- Video Editing / Graphic Design
- Strong interest or experience in digital marketing strategies, including social media.
- Creative writing or effective social media communication skills.
- Excellent research abilities to gather relevant information efficiently.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and generate insights.
- Understanding of tracking campaign performance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey information.
- Ability to work independently on assigned mini projects and smaller chunks of events
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and provide status updates
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and flexibility to reshuffle priorities as needed
- Perseverance and persistence : No Problem, Will Do mentality to grow a non-profit
