- Wash dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, and pans by hand or using dishwashers.
- Ensure all cleaned items are properly stored in their designated areas.
- Keep the dishwashing area clean and organized.
- Dispose of trash and maintain cleanliness in kitchen areas.
- Assist kitchen staff with basic food prep or cleaning tasks as needed.
- Follow health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation practices.
- Monitor dishwashing supplies and report when restocking is needed.
