Job Summary: The Child and Adolescent Outpatient Therapist at Natalis Psychology is a Full-Time, direct, clinical position that provides outpatient mental health services to children, teens and their families.
Natalis Psychology is a thriving mental health clinic and is comprised of a team of dedicated clinicians, community partners, leaders in the field, and creative thinkers that offer innovative and comprehensive behavioral health care services. We are expanding this network of clinicians that have experience working with children, teens and their families with a focus on neurodivergence.
The Child and Adolescent Outpatient Therapist provides individual and family therapy for a wide range of childhood and teen concerns including anxiety, OCD, school difficulties, depression, dealing with loss or family changes, traumatic events, ADHD, parent-child conflicts, parenting challenges, behavioral challenges and social difficulties. There is also a focus on identifying and treating challenges related to neurodivergence through The Center of Attention, a program at Natalis dedicated to working with neurodivergent kids, teens and their families.
Licensed Psychologists interested in psychological testing also have the opportunity to conduct testing for a variety of presentations, especially neurodevelopmental evaluations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat diverse clients according to best practice standards, including psychological evaluations and psychotherapy interventions for clients
- Conduct diagnostic assessments (DA)
- Collaborate with the child/teen and family on treatment planning
- Provide individual and family therapy with opportunity for group work depending on interests
- Timely documentation
- Adherence to Minnesota and HIPPA data privacy requirements
- Opportunity to provide supervision in our training programs and to pre-licensed clinicians
- Attend 4 clinical consultation groups per month
- Conduct 29 direct service hours per week for a full-time position
Education and Experience
- LP, LICSW, LMFT, LPCC – or eligible for licensure
- Pre-licensed supervision provided
- We are highly interested in candidates who have experience or certification with evidence-based therapies for children such as play therapy, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), ABA, TF-CBT, Parent Management Training or SPACE.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
