At Mister O1 Extraordinary Pizza, we are looking for a passionate and driven Corporate Pizza Chef to join our growing team.

Most importantly, we are looking for attitude, character, and leadership. You do NOT need to know how to make pizza. If you are the right person, we will be more than happy to teach you our methods, techniques, and standards internally.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise kitchen operations across multiple locations
- Train and coach kitchen teams and future leaders
- Maintain Mister O1 quality and operational standards
- Support openings, training programs, and operational improvements
- Assist with scheduling, inventory, organization, and administrative responsibilities
- Ensure food safety and cleanliness procedures are consistently followed
- Create a positive, disciplined, and motivating work environment
- Work closely with founders, operations, and management teams
Qualifications:
- Previous leadership experience in hospitality or restaurant environments
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience training and managing teams
- Administrative and operational management experience
- Professional attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Availability to travel when needed
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
