Hartman Brothers in Delta has a full-time position available for an upbeat, personable Customer Service Representative in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be essential in delivering outstanding support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
You will utilize strong customer service, communication, and data entry skills to assist clients effectively. The ideal candidate has excellent attention to detail, proficient computer skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Responsibilities include answering and routing calls on a multi-line phone system, performing retail sales transactions, filing, balancing the daily cash drawer, and handling ordering and invoice reconciliation.
