Accounts Payable Travel Clerk (Part-Time)
Job Description
Audits travel related documents and processes reimbursements; audits and reconciles payroll liability accounts prior to payment; reconciles various bills prior to processing for payment; research vendor items and corresponds with vendor when necessary for reconciliation; enters remittance voucher information and prepares vouchers for registration fees and related travel; setup and process stipends for students; assist in bookstore operations during registration
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred; experience using SCT-Banner software is a plus; knowledge of office procedures and equipment; advanced knowledge and skills using office automation software applications (Microsoft Office and accounting systems); ability to maintain confidentiality; strong writing and editing skills; ability to effectively communicate; ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
