Job Title: Nurse Care Manager - LPN
Program: Article 29i
Salary:$66,000- $72,000
General Responsibilities:
Catholic Guardian Services is seeking a Psychotherapist to provide clinical assessment, diagnosis, crisis intervention, and psychotherapy services to children and families.
This role primarily supports a school-based satellite clinic, with additional coverage at the outpatient clinic during school recesses or closures. The position also offers opportunities for training in evidence-based treatment modalities.
Required Skills:
- Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or other relevant license eligible behavioral science degree
- LMSW or other license to provide assessment, diagnosis, and psychotherapeutic intervention in the State of New York. For example, LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, MHC-LP.
Preferred (but not required)
- At least two years of licensed clinical experience and child welfare/child protective services is preferred
- Experience with Evidence-Based Models is preferred
- Strong organizational, planning and analytical skills
