We’re currently hiring team members for our smoke shop located in Downtown Los Angeles. While prior experience is a plus, we place greater value on reliability, integrity, and a strong work ethic. If you’re dependable, motivated, and eager to grow, we’d love to hear from you!
Position Overview:
We are seeking individuals with a background in retail or cashiering to join our team. Familiarity with tobacco, vape, or related products is beneficial but not required.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong customer service skills
- Energetic, friendly, and professional attitude
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to collaborate with a team
- At least 1 year of retail or point-of-sale experience preferred
- Knowledge of CBD, vape products, tobacco items, or similar accessories is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly manner
- Answer questions and provide product guidance
- Maintain an engaging and organized sales floor
- Stay informed on new inventory and promotions
- Keep the store clean and well-maintained
- Restock merchandise as needed
- Build positive working relationships with team members
- Process transactions accurately and handle cash responsibly
- Work toward meeting store sales targets
