What You’ll Do:
As a Production Supervisor, you’ll be at the forefront of our manufacturing process. You’ll manage a team of associates while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity. Working alongside your Co-Leader, you'll help drive Operational Excellence by overseeing key performance areas such as Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity.
In this role, you’ll:
- Inspire and guide your team to meet production targets and create a safe work environment.
- Lead by example in applying Lean manufacturing principles to streamline processes and eliminate waste.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive corrective actions to continuously improve operations.
- Ensure that customer orders are met on time and in full while upholding high-quality standards.
- Act as a mentor and coach for your team, fostering a culture of growth and development.
Who We’re Looking For:

Here’s what will set you apart:
- Proven experience in a manufacturing setting (wood product knowledge is a plus).
- A knack for problem-solving, motivating teams, and driving continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, quality control, and production management is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to lead by example, holding high standards for safety, quality, and productivity.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to coach, train, and develop employees.
Additional Information:
- Location: Bossier City, LA
Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 | Sunday - Thursday, 8:30PM – 6:00 AM
