Are you an experienced Environmental Services (EVS), Housekeeping, or Facilities Operations leader ready to take the reins of a critical department? We’re looking for a seasoned professional to manage our entire EVS operations and drive continuous improvement at Treasure Valey Casino.

What You'll Bring (Your Experience Matters)...
We require candidates who can step in and lead from day one. Your background must include:
- Proven Management Experience: You must have previous, verifiable experience leading a large and diverse workforce in a housekeeping, EVS, or facilities operations environment.
- Operational Expertise: Deep, practical knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and modern sanitation procedures, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety are met.
- Leadership & Team Development: A successful track record of supervising, mentoring, and leading Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and line staff (EVS 1 & 2).
- Administrative Proficiency: Experience managing staffing schedules, overseeing inventory/supply usage, and efficiently handling operational reporting, logs, and budget compliance.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: A history of working directly with property leadership and administrative teams to align EVS services with overall business expectations.
Your Responsibilities as Site Manager...
You will be the face and driver of the EVS department, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and excellence across all shifts.
- Full Department Oversight: Manage the full scope of the EVS operation, from scheduling and shift management to performance monitoring and employee relations.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular, thorough inspections to ensure compliance with all health, safety, and cleanliness standards, guaranteeing exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Talent Management: Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, evaluations, and disciplinary actions, fostering a professional and accountable culture.
- Strategic Execution: Manage budgets, control resources, and oversee special projects like deep cleans and high-priority tasks, all while meeting required monthly hours goals.
