What You'll Do
- Lead daily restaurant operations with a focus on guest satisfaction and hospitality.
- Hire, train, coach, and develop front-of-house team members.
- Build a positive culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and excellence.
- Manage labor, scheduling, and staffing to meet business needs.
- Monitor sales, food quality, cleanliness, and service standards.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and ensure every guest leaves satisfied.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
- Partner with the General Manager to achieve financial and operational goals.
- Help drive sales through community involvement, team engagement, and exceptional execution.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as business requires.
- Experience in upscale casual or fine dining is preferred but not required.
