The Position
We are looking for entry-level CNC Machinists to join our team.
No machining experience is required. We provide on-the-job training for motivated individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, and interested in building a long-term career in advanced manufacturing.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Self-motivated, punctual, and dependable
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Interest in hands-on, technical work
Responsibilities
- Follow established procedures to set up and operate large 5-axis CNC mills in a team environment
- Maintain machine cleanliness, organization, and basic machine function
- Monitor cutting tools and identify tool wear early to help prevent downtime and quality issues
- Perform in-process dimensional checks to help ensure parts meet quality requirements
- Communicate clearly with team members, leads, and support departments

Schedule
12-hour rotating shift schedule, rotating through weekdays, weeknights, weekend days, and weekend nights.
