We're hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our office in Capistrano Beach. If you love helping people, thrive on staying organized, and want to be the friendly voice that South OC homeowners trust, we'd love to meet you.
What you'll do
You'll be the first voice our customers hear and the heartbeat of our daily operations:
- Answer inbound calls with warmth, confidence, and a smile
- Schedule service appointments and dispatch our techs efficiently
- Follow up with customers after every visit to make sure they had a 5-star experience
- Promote our maintenance membership program and book recurring service visits
- Coordinate with our technicians, installers, and project manager to keep the day running smoothly
- Keep customer records and our CRM accurate and up to date
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or another home services trade strongly preferred
- Excellent phone presence: clear, friendly, and confident
- Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail
- Comfortable with scheduling software and CRMs
- A positive, team-first attitude, we like each other and it shows
- Reliable, on-time, and committed to doing things the right way
What you'll get
