As a Verizon Assistant, you will complete comprehensive training on Verizon’s fiber-optic portfolio and learn to position Verizon FiOS as the smart choice for modern living during personal consultations. Our sales program emphasizes the big picture, where the Verizon Assistant’s sales conversations focus on lifestyle improvements for our customers.
Role Responsibilities of the Verizon Assistant
- Assist customers in exploring Verizon FiOS internet options by understanding their online habits and household technology requirements.
- Support the enrollment process by coordinating account setup, address verification, and installation appointments with precision.
- Present fiber internet benefits by highlighting dependable bandwidth, Wi-Fi performance, and network reliability during customer conversations.
- Help organize customer accounts, enrollment documents, and service records to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Recognize opportunities to introduce upgraded internet tiers and connectivity solutions that increase customer value and sales.
- Strengthen customer relationships by supporting consultative Verizon FiOS sales and service excellence.
