Job Summary:

In this role, you’ll be responsible for blending petroleum-based lubricants using specialized equipment, ensuring quality standards are met, and keeping operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate blending and production equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow precise procedures for mixing petroleum-based lubricants to meet quality standards
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation
- Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance
- Assist with inventory management and material handling
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
- Support other production tasks as needed
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to follow instructions from production management
- Forklift operation experience
- Basic math and calculator skills
- Ability to read and use a tape measure
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Demonstrated stability in previous roles (2+ years with a single employer)
