What You’ll Do:
- Provide direct patient care for surgical oncology and medical-surgical patients in a busy PCU setting
- Administer chemotherapy, blood transfusions, IV antibiotics, and manage oncologic emergencies
- Implement and adhere to infection prevention protocols and fall prevention measures
- Monitor and respond to patient needs, providing compassionate, quality care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update care plans
- Document patient information accurately using EPIC electronic health records
- Float within scope of practice as required
What You Need:
- Valid RN license in Ohio or eligible to practice in Ohio
- Minimum of 2 years’ RN experience in acute care, with oncology experience preferred
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required; ONS Chemo certification preferred
- Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities
